ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Dr Luthando Prinsloo is the originator of Aferikan Fusion Leadingship, and is completing a PhD on that narrative. He functions as an entrepreneurial executive, facilitator, consultant and core-healing therapist. Luthando’s background includes experience in various sectors and different parts of the world. He received his BMil BSc in Physics and Nautical Science, is a reserve force naval officer, qualified as an Aferikan traditional healer, and holds an MTh in Narrative Therapy. Luthando loves film, nature, first people cultures, adventure motor biking and 4×4 exploring. He pursues medium-distance swimming for mental and physical tone.
