Therapy for my soul is a concoction of hatred, love, challenges, failure, triumph, death, grief, rejection, acceptance and self discovery. I hope the stories told here will impact positively in your life. I hope they will tell you that whatever you go through, you shall overcome.
My wish is that after reading this book, you will be able to define yourself and have a clear vision of who you are, and know where you are going. I hope it challenges you to do some introspection, by going on a journey within yourself, then ask yourself: is the product or person really who you thought you would be and who you wanted to be in life? Are you proud of the brand which is your name? Are you the mother or father you want your sons and daughters to see or is there some fine tuning that still needs to be done for you to be an amazing finished product?
This book comes from a place within me, that was always crying out to be what I ought to be, what I am now and who I have been in the past were just lies and contradictions. Come to think of it, I was just one confused cookie. I needed to find some balance, a space to know who I really am. With that came introspection, faith and a lot of patience and, at last, self acceptance. Here, you will find pieces of my life; some too delicate and personal to divulge, yet necessary that they be told so that I can heal the wounds that constantly bleed within me.
