This is a self-help book for couples who want to understand the extent to which traditional and cultural beliefs of abeNguni impact on marriages. This also takes into account the influence of the unconscious mind on the thinking and behaviour of abeNguni couples. The back-ground to the customs and traditions of the abeNguni is critical in understanding their marital problems.
It is a self-help book because reading it will enable couples to understand their marital problems and be able to apply therapy or intervention. The suggested intervention and therapeutic theories are simple traditional methods that are easy to apply.
