Rise, Man of God!
The book looks at the role of a man in family and community. There are many wrong things men do in their families and communities that need to be corrected. The book looks at the purpose of man as created by God. Did God create men to do the things they are doing today? Did God know that men will be rapists, abusers, robbers, killers and thieves? As I was going through this emotional discovery of the purpose of man, I realized that most men have totally moved from their purpose. Other than being protectors men are killers. Other than being nurturers men are destroyers. Why were we created as men?
I realized that men go through lot of challenges but they do not speak to anyone about them. I was therefore encouraged to write this book so that I can share openly my life knowing that through this many men will get help. A man is supposed to be a leader for his family and community. If a man is lost then the whole family and the community will be lost. This is because a man was created in the image of God. Let a man of God arise.
